Synopsis

This lesson uses the Smartroller®, a foam roller that was designed to be able to lie comfortably on and provide a surface that supports an easy rocking motion. Through the rocking dynamics, the lesson allows for a sense of movement towards the center. Rocking motions are very primal movement patterns that appear to support a state shift and a reduction in muscle tonus. This lesson can also be done with attention to the five lines as a way to guide attention for a more clear self image.
