Feldy Notebook is a community created resource. You don't have to be an expert or a Feldenkrais® trainer to contribute.
  • Do you have a favorite ATM that doesn't appear yet? Add it.
  • Have you prepared to teach an ATM this weekend? Share your understanding.
  • Have you done an ATM class recently? Share your experiences.

With every contribution, the notebook becomes more valuable -- for you and for the rest of the community. All changes to the notebook can be undone, so be bold.

To start, you will need to:
  1. Read the Core Principles,
  2. Join the Feldy Notebook wiki. (see below)

  • For nested bullets, use one asterisk "*" for a first level list, two for a second level list, 3 for a third level list
  • For nested numbering, use one pound sign "#" for a first level list, two for a second level list, 3 for a third level list
  • To indent a paragraph, use one greater than sign ">" for a first level list, two for a second level list, 3 for a third level list

Troubleshooting

  • Do not try to do complicated formatting, and avoid a lot of cutting/pasting. It is quite easy to get the editor tangled.
  • If you know HTML, you can click the drop-down by Save, and choose WikiText editor. This can be helpful for clearing out little HTML fragments that get left over.
  • The editor puts in extra lines. Live with them - it is a known bug, and if you try to get rid of them manually, they come back the next time you open the page.
